3、销售人员管理，包括製定月度和季度销售任务，领导并帮助其完成；

4、铺机人物及管理，按公司要求做好出样，日常销售规范管理；

5、3年以上零售业务区域销售管理经验，5年以上团队管理经验；

6、熟悉快消行业的通路销售运作，在通路上有较好的人脉和通路资源 

1. Responsible area: responsible for the market development in Beijing

2.Lead the regional sales team to achieve sales targets, including monthly, quarterly and phased objectives;

3.Management of the sales team, including setting monthly and quarterly sales tasks, leading and assisting the team to achieve targets;

4.Management of the paver team, prepare samples according to company requirements, standardized management on daily sales;

5.3+ years of regional sales management experience in retail, 5+ years of team management experience;

Familiar with channel sales operation in FMCG industry with rich interpersonal network and channel resources
